PPK has biggest Rate of Fire Buff among all HG with same effect for 2-star HG. Also, a critical rate tile buff and active skill are very useful when paired with Rifle squad, thus making PPK is the handgun that designed perfectly for Rifle squad and mandatory for beginner commander.
