Weapon Background

The CZ-805 BREN is a modular, multi-caliber assault rifle designed and produced by Česká zbrojovka Uherský Brod (CZ) in 2006. It was designed following the Czech Republic's withdrawal from the Warsaw Pact, and would replace the Vz.58 in standard service.

The CZ-805 uses a gas-operated rotating bolt system, and primarily chambers the 5.56x45mm NATO cartridge. It is able to reach a rate of fire of 760 rounds per minute while feeding on a 30-round box magazine. One unique feature of the rifle is that it features a 2-round burst mode in addition to full-auto and semi-auto.

Like many weapons designed in NATO member nations, the CZ-805 features picatinny rail placements all over the gun, making compatible with almost all NATO standard combat accessories. The rifle is even able to make use of the US SOPMOD accessories kit. The gun also features a quick-change barrel, allowing the gun to be refit to fire the larger 7.62x39mm NATO cartridge. A changeable magazine housing lets the CZ-805 accept both G36 box magazines and STANAG pattern magazines.

Lore / Story involvement

Passionate, cheerful, and eager to learn, CZ-805 is nonetheless fickle and doesn't put much stock in actual experience due to her high confidence in her own abilities. Even though this tendency tends to get her into trouble, she tends to ignore it. While she can be overbearing at times, she genuinely means well and hopes to encourage her friends. Despite her tendency to proudly espouse her natural abilities over experience, she has some respect for the older T-Dolls, and, if oathed, thanks the Commander for choosing her over more tried-and-proven weaponry.

After the Commander's disappearance during the Battle of Frankfurt, CZ-805, ^RF C14C14C14 and ^SG Six12Six12Six12 joined Kalina and ^HG TokarevTokarevTokarev to find them. After being destroyed to save Kalina from security robots, they were repaired in time to take part in the final operation in Frankfurt alongside the rest of the Commander's Dolls.

• CZ-805's outfit, with its sleek and futuristic design, is a reference to the CZ-805 being a "next gen" rifle.
• Along with ^AR Zas M21Zas M21Zas M21 and ^AR A-91A-91A-91, CZ-805 is one of only three assault rifle T-dolls thus far to actually use their under-barrel grenade launcher attachment for their skill.
• She has a tattoo on her side which seems to be an IOP manufacturing logo.
• CZ-805's design appears to be an off-hand reference to the Gachaman: Crowds character Hajime Ichinose. In addition to having the same voice actress (Maaya Uchida) and a similarly upbeat personality, CZ-805's outfit, particularly the design of the skirt, matches up to the one on Hajime's transformed form.
