Entropic Evangelist is an Entropic enemy in Project Neural Cloud. It is the Entropic version of Evangelist.
Stats / Data
- Poisonous Whispers: Normal attacks decrease enemy Auto Skill charge by 10% while increasing own charge rate by 10%; permanently gains 50% Attack Speed with each cast of Impious Sermon, max 3 stacks.
- Impious Sermon (12s): For 5 seconds after this Skill is activated, Normal Attacks deal additional Operand Damage equal to 50% Hashrate to all enemy units within a 1 tile radius, and reduces Auto Skill charge by 15%.
