[Upright Shooting Mode]: Attack the furthest enemy unit, dealing ($upright_damage)% damage with the first attack on each target and reducing their move speed and evasion by ($buff_and_debuff)% for 3 seconds. When switching to this mode, increase damage and accuracy by ($buff_and_debuff)% until switching to another mode. [Hip Shooting Mode]: Attack the nearest enemy unit, dealing two instances of ($hip_damage)% damage. The lower the target's HP, the higher the damage (increase damage by 8% for every 10% target's HP lost, with damage increase capping at 30%). When switching to this mode, accuracy is reduced by 50% until switching to another mode. [Prone Shooting Mode]: Attack an enemy elite unit, and increase self damage and accuracy by ($prone_buff)% for every successive attack on the same target to a maximum of 10 stacks. The number of stacks is halved when switching to another target and drops to zero when switching to another mode. When switching to this mode, increase accuracy by 50% until switching to another mode.

Weapon Background

The Hard Target Interdiction (HTI) is a bullpup bolt-action anti-materiel sniper rifle distributed by Desert Tech since 2012. It includes easy-swap barrels to adapt to a range of heavy cartridges from .375 Cheyenne to .50 BMG.

Official Character Description

Meticulous and disciplined. Excellent combat abilities but lacks flexibility. She seems unapproachable but actually cares about others. She's very protective of the Commander to the point of paranoia.
