One of UAS’ top products, the UA-AS Doll series has been modeled after the businesspersons of large-scale industries and banks. As high-end Dolls, UA-AS have both refined motor control, fully cusotmizable physical appearance and the best processing hardware on the market. With their own performance and UAS’ so-called “advanced marketing tactics”, the UA-AS has utterly conquered its market and the hearts of users. Their price tag puts UA-AS and their services out of reach for most companies and individuals, however.
Inola once worked for a large investment firm, climbing the ranks from assistant to deputy director, making for an impressive CV. But she disappeared one day after being embroiled in a protracted executive strife. It was discovered years later that she had joined Project Neural Cloud through unknown means.
Doll Profile 1
Different markets have different definitions of what constitutes a good product: some prioritize practical experience, others cost-benefit, and others simply want high-end products to represent their status. This logic still applies in the Doll market, which is why manufacturers sell products in every price range.
The UA-AS series targets the high-end business sector with a high-performance core to process large amount of real-time data, a language module fit for complex situations and looks befitting its status. R&D even collaborated with a famous haute couture brand to provide their clothes. “It must fit in the elevators and conference rooms of the financial district.”
The product garnered user approval as expected, but the principle of not looking too out of place didn't apply to Inola.
Doll Profile 2
Inola is one of twenty UA-AS Dolls ordered by Ploutos, a large investment firm famous for its good market sense and bold investments. Part of a large conglomerate, Ploutos benefitted from a speculative boom in 2053 and 2054 and came to UAS to solve its HR and management challenges during this period of expansion. UAS provided twenty UA-AS prototypes that Ploutos would test in real-world situations.
Inola's business sense and processing speed proved much higher than any human or even business Doll. She was especially good at negotiation, as if she could read the minds of the other party, get a fix on their psychology, react to hints and finally grasp their weaknesses when necessary to gain the upper hand. The source of her abilities is unknown, it is rumored to be caused by an experimental emotional analysis system, but UAS has never explored such system. It may come from a completely different company.
Doll Profile 3
The trial of the UA-AS didn't run without its challenges, since the use of high-end business androids had consequences for human employees. Twenty UA-AS units ran at three times the efficiency of human managers, they were more rigorous and responsive to orders. As a result, human managers from Ploutos strongly pushed back against them and even physically interfered in their work, resulting in expensive damage.
As the most prominent of the UA-AS, Inola suffered the brunt of the attacks, yet they didn't seem to have any effect on her work. Combining teasing rhetoric and data, Inola expertly countered and exploited these attacks. Despite the obstacles to her work and integration, she completed her work flawlessly and her opponents were eventually punished. Nevertheless, she became a controversial figure in the company.

Ploutos' problems weren't limited to the internal debacle of expansion. As recession and government investigations hit, the company started shrinking its operations. Moreover, employees revealed the internal power struggles among executives, leading to more investigations and media attention and plaguing the company with even more problems.
In 2057, the CEO of Ploutos went missing, followed by the resignation of several senior executives and a deluge of lawsuits. During this difficult period, Inola took over external negotiations. After helping to stabilize Ploutos' situation, Inola resigned at the end of 2057 and vanished. She was rediscovered only in 2060 among the members of 42LAB's Project Neural Cloud. 42LAB's internal reports indicate that she joined the project through UAS, but how exactly remains a mystery maybe only her knows the answer to.

The Magrasea Crisis was long passed when Inola arrived at the Oasis. The dust had long settled on the superserver and Oasis, and though there were still occasional disturbances, peace prevailed.
Inola quickly integrated into her new position even if she hadn't experienced the final battle alongside her Doll and AI colleagues. Thanks to the Oasis' welcoming community and her own adaptability, Inola took over the majority of the Oasis' current affairs in under one week and assisted in its reconstruction. She also became interested to meet the Professor.
“The writing style of this document isn't standardized and brims with personality… It is still very rigorous and focused in its implementation and standardization. You write more like a soldier than a businessman or a scholar.”
