Jr

Jr (short for "M4 SOPMOD II Junior", nicknamed "Junya" by fans) is a small robot made by ^AR M4 SOPMOD IIM4 SOPMOD IIM4 SOPMOD II (aka Soppo) as a miniature version of herself. She looks like a super-deformed version of SOP-II with blank eyes and W-shaped mouth. She never talks and only emits grunts. She's one of the mascots of the Girls' Frontline franchise alongside Dinergates and Mr. Pizza, and has been made into many kinds of plushies and Figures.

Jr was originally introduced in 2019 in the fifth episode of Healing Chapter Season 1. SOP-II makes her with parts from fallen enemy Dolls to keep company to ^AR M4A1M4A1M4A1 when she's alone. M4 is initially afraid of Jr's creepy laugh, but they eventually play together after Jr cries at M4's rejection. In the sixth episode, a giant Jr appears in M4's dreams. In the final two episodes of the season, Jr goes on an adventure riding a Dinergate and AR Team goes to find her. She also appears in the second Healing Chapter season, where SOP-II creates an ^SMG IDWIDWIDW Jr.

Junior appeared in-game for the first time during April Fools 2022 as a costume for M4 SOPMOD II in Girls' Frontline. She later made a cameo appearance in the illustration of ^HG PA-15PA-15PA-15's "Dance in the Ice Sea" costume

Jr was introduced as a canon character in Girls' Frontline 2: Exilium during Chiral Redundancy Part 2, in the same update that introduced Soppo.
