Introduction
A mysterious (or at least she thinks she's mysterious) T-Doll, she constantly mentions that she is a secret weapon to anyone listening. She feels somewhat superior because of this claim, though she understands her true limits well enough to not over step boundaries or be intentionally provocative.
Very little information is revealed about her since she is a T-Doll of mystery, no comments can be found reflecting her private lifestyle, hobbies nor relationship with other T-Dolls. Being born from the same research facility and as a predecessor project, Tiss should be like an elder sister of AR OTs-14OTs-14OTs-14, but this isn't mentioned in the game. Based on her quotes, she seems a little oblivious to things around her, such as only checking that all of her squad members are with her when arriving at the base after a mission.
Stechkin's Neural Upgrade story
AN-94's Neural Upgrade story
OTs-12, alongside RF SimonovSimonovSimonov and AR AK-47AK-47AK-47, participated in a test fight at the start of the Wolf Pack Project. All of them were squarely beaten by the project's prototype unit, AR AN-94AN-94AN-94, who mocked the trio's poor performance.[1] After losing very badly against AR AK-15AK-15AK-15 herself, AN-94 became more charitable towards Tiss and the other, giving them pointers on how to improve in combat.[2]
It's unclear if this Tiss was the same that ended up serving under the Commander or a different Doll of the same model.
OTs-12 is featured in Dusty Journal - Elden Succor 1 and 2. She and Stechkin are running a training mission for new recruits.
Madness Chapter
In the Madness Chapter Segment 14 - Secret Weapon: Ots-12 poorly disguises herself as a tree, saying she is "a secret weapon" and cannot reveal herself. Skorpion asks for her help in combat and she reluctantly accepts. Ots-12 then climbs out of her tree disguise and kills a single Prowler.
