Olivia Story Profile

Career

G22 OLIVIA, or simply Olivia, is the current administrator of the military sector Cyclopes. G22 agents are much more capable than regular agents, their neural makeup is more complex, and they constantly learn and improve as military technicians. Olivia is a G22 specialized in command-and-control and intelligence, and she was selected as Cyclopes’ administrator alongside G22 TASHA due to her outstanding performances.

As a result of certain events, Olivia is now the only administrator in Cyclopes and established friendly relations with Oasis. Carrying her late comrade’s wish, she led the reconstruction of Cyclopes, improving cooperation with other sectors and developing new technologies, then demonstrated her abilities during the dire crisis faced by Magrasea.

Doll Profile 1

The administrators of Cyclopes are evolved agents appointed by humans. Uniquely, there are two administrators running a system similar to collegiality in the antiquity.

G-series agents are purpose-made to handle the massive amount of military data processed by Cyclopes. Resting on thousands of years of development, military science is a complex field that led to many technological breakthroughs in human history. Modern military science isn't simply about weapons and tactical and strategic command, it also involves information science, artificial intelligence, public relations and psychology.

A single agent couldn't manage such complexity even with 42LAB's advance artificial intelligence. This is why Svarog Heavy Industries chose to derive multiple agents from the proven neural model of the Gaul-series Tactical Dolls to specialize in different fields. G22 agents, officially “Gaul MK-22”, are the result of the 22nd iteration of the G-series shared-administration agents.

As a G22 agent, G22 OLIVIA focuses on C2 and intelligence, while her counterpart G22 TASHA focuses on tactics and weapons.

“Humanity is unrivaled when it comes to efficiently killing each other, turning fertile earth into scorched land, and enslaving the conquered.”

Cyclopes Sector is not only responsible for collecting military data, but also for creating new military T-Dolls. Balancing potential, adaptability and cost, the administrators of Cyclopes decided to generate experimental Dolls derived from Gaul's neural model to test them in a variety of simulated battlefields from the sector's database.

The two administrators obtained excellent testing results, but Svarog stopped responding to their messages as they were conducting the final experiment. Cyclopes Sector was left with only one instruction: “Continue the process. Wait for new orders.”

The testing continued until it hit the limits of its design, and errors starting appearing in the Dolls' program. These errors spread into the neural models of Tasha and Olivia, creating a rift between the administrators.

The crisis in Cyclopes would end with the death of combat administrator Tasha, leaving the overseer administrator Olivia in charge. Tasha's death was a shock to Olivia, as despite their disagreements, the two administrators shared the same ideal. As the only administrator of Cyclopes Sector, Olivia had to handle tasks outside her area of expertise while rebuilding the sector, such as computing power allocation, PR, mediating external conflicts and, critically, handling the agents loyal to Tasha and hostile to her.

Olivia had to dedicate all of her time to her work, eventually reaching mental overload. Some of her work was sub-par, sometimes even counterproductive, but as time passed, she adjusted to her new situation, analyzed and corrected issues, and received much internal and external support, particularly from the Oasis.

Reconstruction proceeded at pace, and the originally hostile agents put aside their grudge to focus on reconstruction under their new leader. Under Olivia's leadership, Cyclopes Sector changed. Agents developed a new kind of will and started building personal homes. As Tasha had envisioned, this sector once moved only by war was breaking free of the cycle of killing.

In the past, Olivia was described as capable but lacking Tasha's natural authority. This changed during the period of reconstruction with Olivia's appearance and attitude.

Olivia had matured through the crisis. She wasn't as stern as Tasha, but she now talked with a striking composure. In private however, Olivia remained the same. She tried to change her image, but had to stop these awkward attempts, though they weren't all bad.

There is a rumor that on Riko's idea, Olivia bought from her a mental projection of a dress and high heels to attend a social gathering in another sector, but lacked the confidence to actually wear it. She ended up attending in a thick coat and old-fashioned hat and was mistaken for a performer from Burbank. After this, the projection and all records of her attendance were destroyed and Olivia shirked any form of formal social gatherings.

Doll Profile 5

After Olivia became the only administrator of Cyclopes, the sector's relationship with the Oasis grew steadily closer, and the two sectors assisted each other during major crises. Aside from shared interest, Olivia was personal friend with members of the Oasis, including the Professor.

When the situation of Cyclopes stabilized, Olivia used her free time to privately visit the Oasis to escape from work for a time and meet friends, mostly spending time with the Professor.

Olivia would also occasionally sneak off to Burbank. The carefree and decadent sector made her nervous, but she enjoyed winding down at a bar to think, and sometimes, empty her head instead.

Born from the grit of war, inheriting Tasha's will, and deepening the bonds with her new friends, she will guide Cyclopes to a bright future until she can designate a worthy successor. At present, she will shoulder her many responsibilities, continue to grow as a leader, and proudly walk her own path.
