Strategies

Used with Sharkry and Cheeta for a starter Burn team. Outside of that, Krolik can be used to remove small enemies weak to either Melee or Burn PhaseBurn. Her best in slot weapon is her Crowned Jackalope.

Official Character Description

She has a bit of a temper and shows little interest in matters unrelated to herself, but her sense of responsibility is beyond reproach. Even if she is assigned a mission she absolutely detests, such as "serving as Nemesis' exclusive translator", she will still give it her all.

A Doll with a bladed weapons imprint and a strange bunny-ears headset she insists is tactical gear. She was the target of one of the Commander's bounties, but ended up joining the team. Her sense of honor dictates her close-range fighting style and puts her at odds with the team's sniper Nemesis, but she's somehow also the only one who can translate Nemesis' cryptic metaphorical speech. Doesn't fare much better at socializing with the rest of the crew, but likes anything that relates to bunnies.[1] Is searching for her lost partner Peritya.[2]

Trivia

  • кролик (krolik) means “rabbit” in Russian, but because the sound [kr] is unusual in East Asian languages, a vowel is added when converting her name in Chinese, resulting in the pronunciation “kèluólíkē”. In CN media, this received pronunciation has been converted in Latin script as “Charolic”, despite the original Russian word appearing on her personal logo (albeit misspelled КРОЛИКО).[3] This in turn influenced her name in Korean (캐롤릭, kaelollik, would have originally been rendered as 크롤릭) and Japanese (キャロリック, kyarolikku, would have otherwise been rendered as クロリック).
  • Krolik may be an reference to the character Lü Bu from the Chinese epic Romance of the Three Kingdoms. A skilled, brutal and fickle warrior, Lü Bu rode a mare called “Red Hare” in battle, matching Krolik's colors and rabbit theme. Lü Bu is traditionally depicted wearing a heguan, a military headdress decorated with two long pheasant tail feathers, not unlike Krolik's fascination with headdresses with long ears.
  • Crew Deck - Tea Time dialogue (Signature Drink: Pepper Americano)
    • Krolik claims to purchase various headpieces including antlers, cat ears, dog ears for her headpiece collection. She insists her bunny ears serve essential combat functions instead of just being decorative
    • Krolik notes her combat apparatus can generate energy from solar power, which allowed her to survive the wastelands without a charging station
