GFL2 Doll Enhancement

Enhancing T-Dolls is done in the Refitting Room menu. The Refitting Room is unlocked after completing main mission SL-1-2.
Unlocking Dolls
Most Dolls are obtained in the gacha. Groza, Nemesis, Krolik, Colphne and Vepley are obtained by progressing through the story, and Peritya can be obtained in the Mystery Box. If the player owns Neural Archives of a Doll they don't have, they can spend 30 Neural Archives to unlock her. Sabrina can be obtained this way by buying her Neural Archives from Boss Fights, Papasha and Balthilde from the Platoon Shop and Lotta from the Neural Integration Shop.
Since the Corposant patch in Global, new players can access the Comprehensive Formatting feature for 14 days after the creation of their account. Comprehensive Formatting allows to reset the Doll level, weapon level, Neural Helix and Remolding Pattern of any Doll and refund all materials used, allowing a redo for new players as they discover the game's systems. The feature disappears two weeks after the account's creation.
Doll Types
A Doll belongs to one of four classes:
Bulwark: Focused on survivability, buffing and counterattacks. This is the rarest type.
Vanguard: Flankers with high mobility and burst damage. Blade Dolls tend to be of this class.
Sentinel: General DPS with high damage output.
Support: Healers and buffers, providing HP and Stability support and debuff cleansing.
Dolls are also able to use one of seven weapon types, which are associated with a specific weapon advantage:
- Handgun (
Light Ammo) - Submachine Gun (
Light Ammo) - Assault Rifle (
Medium Ammo) - Rifle (
Heavy Ammo) - Machine Gun (
Heavy Ammo) - Shotgun (
Shotgun Ammo) - Melee (
Blade)
Enemies will have Stability weakness to one or more weapon advantage.
A Doll can use any weapon from its assigned category, not only the model she is usually associated with. For example, Groza's signature weapon is the OTs-14, but she can be equipped with the Robinson Modular Rifle or Model Alpha. Equipping the Doll's preferred weapon will enable a special animation in the Refitting Room.
Dolls Stats
The final value of a stat displayed in menus is compounded based on the base stats of the Doll, the bonuses granted by its weapon, and the Neural Helix level. Effects applied in battle further modify stats during missions.
The seven primary stats of a T-Doll are:
- Attack: Most offensive actions (basic attack, skills, ...) use a percentage of the Attack stat.
- Defense: Base damage reduction.
- Health: Defines max HP. Units are out of the fight if their HP reaches 0.
- Stability Index: Defines max Stability. Stability is spent when receiving damage. A unit with 0 stability becomes Exposed and no longer receive the damage reduction of stability and effects of covers.
- Stability Damage Reduction: Percentage of incoming damage that is deducted when the unit is within cover and has more than 0 Stability Points.
- Critical Hit: Base chance to deal critical damage when attacking.
- Critical Damage: Modifier applied to base damage during a Critical Hit.
- Action Points: Amount of tiles that can be traveled during the unit's turn.
- Attack Boost: Further bonus to Attack (through Neural Helix).
- Defense Boost: Further bonus to Defense (through Neural Helix).
- Health Boost: Further bonus to Health (through Neural Helix).
Each Doll also has a Weapon Weakness and a Phase Weakness. Phases can be
Burn,
Corrosion,
Hydro,
Freeze or
Electric. Dolls receiving damages of types they are weak to will lose more Stability.
Situational stats include:
- Out-of-Turn Damage: percentage bonus to active attacks triggered by other units (reaction attacks).
- Confectance Boost: percentage bonus to attacks using Confectance Points.
- Base Damage Boost: percentage bonus to attacks that do not use Confectance Points.
- Area Damage Boost: percentage bonus to AoE attacks
- Targeted Damage Boost: percentagr bonus to attacks targeting one enemy.
- Out-of-Turn Damage Reduction: percentage reduction to incoming damage from enemy reaction attacks.
- Confectance Damage Reduction: percentage reduction to incoming Confectance-based damage.
- Base Damage Reduction: percentage reduction to incoming damage that are not Confetance-based.
- Area Damage Damage Reduction: percentage reduction to incoming damage from AoE attacks.
- Targeted Damage Damage Reduction: percentage reduction to incoming damage from single target attacks.
Skills
Each Doll has access to five skills:
- A Basic Attack, of the weapon type of the Doll's weapon class, which is usually a single-target attack within a certain range, usually dealing 80% of the Attack stat and a varying amount of Stability Damage.
- Two Active Skills and an Ultimate Skill with a variety of effects. These Skills have either a cooldown period or consume Confectance Points, and they can have both a weapon class and a phase class, or neither.
- A Passive skill with a variety of effects.
Skills can only be enhanced by performing Neural Fortification.
Outfits
Doll costumes that have been unlocked are equipped from the Refitting Room.

Level Up

Combat Reports are used to raise the level of a Doll. Dolls also receive some experience when deployed in combat. The maximum level of a Doll matches the Commander Level. Attack, Health and Defense increase with the level. The maximum level is 60.
A unique animation plays during level up. It can be watched again from the Character Archive.
It costs 575,689
to max out an Elite rarity Doll.

Neural Expansion

Same feature and same name as in Project Neural Cloud.
Starting from level 20, Dolls need to undergo Neural Expansion every 10 levels. Expansion requires Boost Stock Bars and
Sardis Gold. For an Elite-rarity Doll, it takes 10

and 19,000
to complete all expansions.

Neural Fortification

Neural Fortification is the only mean to upgrade skills. There are six levels of Fortification, each requiring 30 of the Doll's Neural Archives to unlock. Neural Archives are granted by getting duplicates of the Doll in the gacha, except for a few select Dolls:
- Sabrina's archives can also be obtained from the Battlelog Trading shop.
- Lotta's archives can also be obtained from the Neural Integration shop.
- Papasha and Balthilde's archives are only obtained in the Platoon shop.
Players note a Doll's fortification level as "v0" through "v6", because in CN the levels are called "vertebrae" (椎体). For example, "v6r1 Springfield" means Springfield at maximum fortification level (having pulled 7 Springfields from the gacha in total) with her imprinted weapon, called "Radiance", calibrated once (having pulled Radiance twice from the gacha).
Neural Helix

The Neural Helix menu is unlocked at Commander Level 15.
The standard Helix is composed of 13 unlockable nodes in two categories: Enhancement Nodes granting a bonus to Attack, Defense, Health and Health Boost, and Evolved Nodes which grant Fixed Keys for Key Regulation. The last unlock grants a Common Key. More bonuses to Attack Boost, Health Boost and Defense Boost are obtained every two Evolved Nodes unlocked. Some game updates add a fourteenth node to certain Dolls, containing their bonus Expansion Key.
The Doll must be of a certain level for some nodes to be unlockable. Nodes are unlocked by spending
Sardis Gold and Transcription Conductors. It takes 20
, 20
, 40
, 80
, 120
, 160
and 37,000
to max out an Elite Doll.

Key Regulation
The Key Regulation menu is unlocked at Commander Level 15.
Each Doll can activate three of her unlocked Fixed Keys (also called Exclusive Keys) and her Expansion Key (also called Peak Key) if she has one, plus three Common Keys (also called Universal Key).
With the Antiparallel update in CN and Deep Oblivion update in other servers, a new slot is added specifically for Affinity Keys, with stats scaling with the affinity of the Doll.
Remolding Core

An Epihyllum-mediated device enhancing Doll performance. Available at Commander Level 55, and when the Doll is also level 55. Added in CN on March 2025 and in Global on September 2025.
The most basic function of the Remolding Core is to grant a boost to Attack, Health and Defense. On top of basic stat boosts, the core also grants passive traits through its Imagoform and Growth Data systems.
Growth Data are similar to weapon accessories, have three rarity levels (α (alpha, blue rarity), β (beta, purple rarity) and γ (gamma, gold rarity)) and come in four types, one for each Doll type: roots for Bulwarks, stems for Vanguards, leaves for Supports and blossoms for Sentinels. There are six slots available. The first three Growth Data slots match the Doll's type and the last three depend on the Doll.
Equipping a Growth Data grants two effects:
- Specialized Trait: Each Growth Data comes with two (sometimes three at high rarity) Specialized Traits, which grants a passive effect. The intensity of the passive effect depends on the level of the Specialized Trait, for a maximum of level 5 or 6. Activating multiple Growth Data with the same Specialized Trait enhances its level, and Growth Data of higher rarities contributes more to the level.
- Imago Factor: Each Specialized Trait corresponds to an Imago Factor of type Bulwark (blue), Vanguard (purple), Support (green) or Sentinel (orange). Each Specialized Trait level on the Growth Data contributes the corresponding amount of Image Factor of its type. Activating a certain number of Imago Factors of certain types is necessary to activate the Remolding Core's Imagoforms (see below).
A Remolding Core can be upgraded up to level 60 by spending
Sardis Gold and
Data Connections. Upgrading the Core's level increases its stats boost. The Core starts at level 1 (Embryo) and unlocks a new Imagoform at levels 10 (Seedling), 20 (Sprout), 30 (Shoot), 45 (Bud) and 60 (Blossom). An Imagoform is a passive bonus that is activated if the necessary Imago Factors obtained from Growth Data are active. The necessary Imago Factors are different for each Doll. The effect of the Imagoforms depend on the Doll's type, weapon type and phase affinity, except the first Imagoform which is unique for each Doll.
All the materials needed to upgrade the Core are primarily collected in the Phase Clash mode of Boundary Push and in Extreme version of Peak Value Assessment (daily quests, Voyage Logs and event shops also grant a few). Dismantling Growth Data also yields Data Connections.

Weapon enhancement screens
Weapons become available for enhancement after clearing Stage 1-5.
Enhancement

Enhancement is unlocked after clearing Stage 1-8.
The Proficiency of a weapon is like enhancing the level of a Doll, increasing the Attack stat of the weapon. It expends
Analysis Blueprints and is also capped to the Commander Level.
It takes 667935
to max out a weapon.
Calibration

Calibration is unlocked after clearing Stage 1-8.
Calibration increases the effects of the weapon's skill. It can be performed six times. It requires a duplicate of the same weapon type, of the same rarity.
Players note the calibration level of imprinted weapons as "r0" through "r6", similar to Fortification levels. For example, "v6r1 Springfield" means Springfield at maximum fortification level (having pulled 7 Springfields from the gacha) with her imprinted weapon, called "Radiance", calibrated once (having pulled Radiance twice from the gacha).
Attachments
At Commander Level 23, Weapon Attachment become available to further boost a weapon's stats and customize its effects.
Skins

A weapon can be customized with a skin, which doesn't affect its stat and skill. Skins are obtained as rewards, or when first obtaining the associated weapon.
Affinity
Increasing the Affinity of a Doll with Gifts in the Affinity also grants bonuses. Each level of Implicit Feedback grants Attack, Health and Defense bonuses.
