Mímisbrunnr's Loop is a time limited event in Girls' Frontline 2: Exilium and the game's third major story event. It introduced Springfield, Peri and Faye as playable characters.

In story chapter PS-1-7, players are tested on their understanding of the event's story and their ability to differentiate events that took place in the real world and in the simulation.

The final termination code reads "LUSTRATIO, l'amorchemoveilsoleel'altrestelle". “Lustratio” was a Roman ritual to purify a person, object or place of harmful spirits. The second part is a quote from canto 33 of Dante's Paradiso in Italian: “L'amor che move il sole e l'altre stelle”, in English, “The love that moves the sun and the other stars”. It represents Peri's love for her companions, that enabled her to preserve her Neural Cloud against the overwrite program.

Trivia
- Mímisbrunnr (note the accent on the first “i”) is an Old Norse word meaning “wellspring of Mímir”. The leader of the Norse gods, Odin, sacrificed one of his eyes in exchange for drinking from the Mímisbrunnr and acquiring great wisdom.
- The event's title is stylized ᛗᛁᛗᛁᛋᛒᚱᚢᚾᚾᚱ'ᛋ ᛚᛟᛟᛈ in announcements.
