Ultilife (最终生命) is a relatively young company which ten years in the industry have been marked by heavy scrutiny and tremendous development. They are now the leaders in the fields of biopharmaceuticals, genetic engineering and medical devices, and have substantial experience in AI and quantum physics thanks to their indirect partnerships with 42LAB. Their latest innovation is "electronic genes", a technology promising to push life sciences to their "ultimate limits".[1]

Ultilife has been involved in several highly controversial experiments:

  • They created a technology capable of digitizing human consciousness to interface with computers using the same system of levels as a Doll's Neural Cloud, though this is an extremely dangerous procedure because any destabilization in the virtual world will impact the body.[2][3][4][5] One of the scientists involved in the project was Dr. Winter Tessier.[6] Eosphorus believed the connection worked both ways and could be used by a virtual intelligence to take over the body of a human.[7]
  • The “Toxic Island Incident”: when satellite images revealed an intense fire on an isolated island in the Pacific Ocean, it was discovered that it had been used to cultivate multiple species of extremely toxic plants. It was claimed that the island was tied to a string of biochemical attacks and assassinations and that Ultilife drones had been seen on the island, but the company denied any involvement and claimed they were strictly focused on the betterment of human life. The island was in fact tended by the Ultilife Doll BelladonnaBelladonna before the fire.[8]
  • The "Silver Fire Incident" or "Silver Flame Incident": due to a fire at Ultilife's "Department 7" facility, it was publicly revealed that the company had been leading unethical experiments related to pain and diseases on the secret UL-SD model Dolls, made as close replicas to the human body. Ultilife was using their controversial UL-Security Dolls as guardians to prevent the UL-SDs from escaping. The scandal that followed the reveal of Department 7's experiments forced Ultilife to stop using UL-SDs. LindLind and SalmonSalmon were involved in the incident.[9][10]
