B.R.I.E.F.
The Bounty Hunter Rights Expansion Federation (赏金猎人权益拓展及推进协会), or B.R.I.E.F., is a for-profit organization facilitating the operations of bounty hunters in Eastern Europe in 2074.[1] After the URNC cracked down on Private Military Companies in 2064, starting the golden age of bounty hunting, B.R.I.E.F. emerged as their top governing body in 2067.[2]
The agency has its own armed forces, which took part in operations against the Varjagers.[3][4] The president of B.R.I.E.F., named Easley, supposedly has ties to the noble Claude family.[1][5][6]
